Russian Student Spring festival. Volgograd hosted the Gala-concert of the XXX Regional Festival Student Spring

On April 23, in the auditorium of Volgograd State Technical University, the Gala-concert of the XXX Regional Festival Student Spring was held. The festival was attended by more than 1,000 students from 11 higher education institutions and 10 professional educational institutions.This project is part of the Program of support and development of youth creativity «Russian Student Spring» of the «Russian Union of Youth».
“On behalf of the «Russian Union of Youth» and on my own behalf I would like to congratulate you on the anniversary, the thirtieth anniversary of the festival. During this time, Volgograd region became the capital of Student Spring Festival three times from 2006 to 2008, and this event was attended by more than 25,000 students of the region, and more than 2,000 participated in the Program of support and development of youth creativity «Russian Student Spring». Every year you inspire us with your energy, creativity and creative breakthroughs!”the Deputy Chairman of the All-Russia Public Organization «Russian Union of Youth»Alexei Krivitsky said in his video message.
In 2024, students of the region became participants of 9 creative directions of the festival. For the first time as part of the anniversaryStudent Spring festival special competition the «Audience Award» was held, the winner of which was Volgograd State Medical University.
The director-production group together with the festival participants created the concert program «Dance!» which was presented at the Gala Concert. The winner of theteam event among educational institutions of higher education was Volgograd State Technical University, among professional educational organizations - Volgograd ConservatoryNamed after P.A. Serebryakov. The winners of the festival are ready to conquer the All-Russia festival «Russian Student Spring» from May 26 to June 1 in the city of Saratov.
We should note that «Russian Student Spring» – the only Program of support and development of student creativity in Russia, which is implemented in the Russian Federation since 1992. It includes more than 80 regional, 10 national and 4 international events. The Program annually involves about 1,500,00 students representing more than 1200 educational organizations from all regions of the country.
