Foundation Course
International students who intend to study at Volgograd State Technical University should take a one-year preparatory course. Russian Language training is the core of the Foundation Course. The content of the Foundation Course is relevant to the degree program which you will take.

When graduating the Pre-university Training, a student is awarded a certificate verifying the field of training, list of subjects and class-hours for each subject.
When graduating language training, a student is awarded a certificate verifying total number of training and level of knowledge of the Russian language as a foreign. Foreign students can undergo State Testing in the Russian language as a foreign.
