Students of VSTU took part in an environmental event

On the 26th of April, an ecological race took place in the park area on Chuikov Street in the Central District of Volgograd, organized by the Russian Innovative Fuel and Energy Company (RITEK) with the support of the Lukoil Charitable Foundation and the Lukoil Sports Club, dedicated to the Year of the Teacher and Mentor. Students of the Faculty of Chemistry and Technology of VSTU took part in it under the guidance of curators: Associate Professors - Evgenia Stanislavovna Titova and Boris Andreevich Buravov.
Students of the Faculty of Chemistry and Technology of VSTU Bakhtiyar Mukhammedov and Azizkhuzha Zhurakhanov took part in the 3000-meter race together with students of Volgograd State University, students of Lyceum № 5, as well as employees of RITEK. Azizkhuzha Zhurakhanov took 3rd place according to the results of the race.
After the end of the race, the event continued with an environmental action. Students of the HT-144 and RHT-149 groups Sergey Kolpakov, Victoria Ivashchenko, Natalia Zhemchuyeva, Artem Bolshakov and Vlastelina Ganieva together with their curators contributed to the improvement of the city by planting trees on a new alley.
