VSTU Students Invited to Participate in the VI International Olympiad on Financial Security

The Department for Coordination of Educational Organizations' Activities of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia informs about the start of the VI International Olympiad on Financial Security. The Olympiad has been held since 2021 by decree of the President of the Russian Federation and is a first-level Olympiad from the list annually approved by the order of the Ministry of Education of Russia.
The purpose of the Olympiad is to improve the financial, legal, and digital literacy of the younger generation, to find and identify talented youth, to exchange experience and cultural traditions, and to establish strong professional contacts for the future.
The Olympiad is held on the "Sodruzhestvo" (Commonwealth) platform:
- For students of higher education institutions in the fields of "Jurisprudence," "Information Security," "Economics," and "International Relations";
- For students in grades 8-10 of general education institutions – on the topic "Financial Security," considering the content of the academic subjects "Mathematics" and "Social Studies."
From March 14 to 17, the first round of the qualifying stage of the Olympiad will be held remotely, determining the rating of each participant and their progression to the second round and subsequent stages.
The final stage will take place in Krasnoyarsk from September 20 to 25.
