At VSTU SFI, a roundtable discussion with employers titled "Youth. Education. Career" was held

As part of the "My Future – My Region" unified employment days, on May 20, the Student Employment Support and Graduate Employment Department at the Sebryakovsky branch of VSTU organized a roundtable with employers: JSC "Sebryakov Cement," JSC "Mikhaylovskaya TPP," and MUP "Mikhaylovsky District Utilities."
The purpose of the roundtable was to explore ways of constructive cooperation with potential employers regarding the organization of industrial practice and graduate employment.
During the event, issues such as the socially significant role of the branch in training middle and higher education personnel, the development of career guidance activities, and interaction with the real sector of the economy were discussed.
The meeting resulted in a series of proposals to improve the interaction mechanism between employers and the Sebryakovsky branch of VSTU: providing places for industrial practices, organizing plant tours with demonstrations of specific job positions for employment, and involving employers as experts in state final certification.
