24.02.2026

The Rector of VSTU, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences A.V. Navrotsky, Advisor to the Rectorate and Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences I.A. Novakov, and Associate Professor of the Department TVVM V.V. Klimov are taking part in the V Scientific Conference "Dynamic Processes in the Chemistry of Organoelement Compounds". The conference is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Academician O.G. Sinyashin and is being held from February 24 to 27 at the A.E. Arbuzov Institute of Organic and Physical Chemistry of the Kazan Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

This scientific forum has brought together leading scientists from across Russia and even from abroad. The conference covers a wide range of issues related to the chemistry of organoelement compounds, the creation of new materials, their use in biomedicine, catalysis, nanotechnologies, as well as for solving environmental problems.

Today, during a sectional session, the polytechnic scientists presented a report titled "Features of Formation and Properties of Quasi-Solid Polymer Electrolytes Based on Polymethacrylates and PVDF for Lithium-Ion Batteries."

There are several days of active work ahead, during which dozens of reports will be presented, covering both the achievements of fundamental research and applied solutions across a broad spectrum of issues.
