Graduate student of VSTU –a winner of the all-Russian competition "Manager of the Year"

Vitaliy Rigert – an operational director of the JSC “Kaustik” has been recognized in the nomination “Industry”.
Award ceremony for the winners of the XXIII Moscow and Russian competition “Manager -2019” took place on October 11. For the first time the Volgograd region has been represented at the all-Russian competition by Vitaliy Rigert.
Vitaliy started to work at the plant 25 years ago after he had graduated from VSTU. He worked as an electrolysis operator. Nowadays he expertly manages technological processes, modernizes the production of caustic soda (our region occupies the second place in this field in Russia). This year due to the involvement of Vitaliy Rigert, the import-substituting production of high-purity salt, which is used in the food and other industries, has been launched.
According to the press service of the JSC “Kaustik”, the experts of the competition “Manager 2019” have highly appreciated the professional competence of the Volgograd chemist, his great experience in working with complex chemical production, and the implementation of new advanced technologies.
