The "JuniorActive" Project: preparing to the "Sunny Regatta-2018"

The annual international engineering competitions "Sunny Regatta-2018" of the road map "MARINET" of NTI will take place from the 25th to the 27th of May in Veliky Novgorod. The pupils' teams will present their acting models of boats functioning on the solar panels.
Volgograd team "Midshipmen" is taking part in the competitions. The pupils spent the academic year constructing their boat, getting the woodman, projector, electrical engineer and painter's skills of practical work; trying their hand in design, working on the brand and color of the ship.
The active participants of the team Anna Zhukova and Ilya Isayev had prepared the research of the working patterns of the electric motor on solar panels and it was one of the best works in the open municipal contest of the upper-form pupils' research works "Earth and Me".
The final phase of the preparation was the launch of the ship. Volgograd "Midshipmen" looked very happy during the unforgettable practical testing of their project.
The project is supported by Volgograd Center of the Children's Technical Creativity.
