International Conference “Information Technologies in Education, Engineering and Medicine” has started working today under the auspices of Volgograd State Technical University. Opening the Conference Rector of Volgograd State Technical University, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Ivan A. Novakov noticed that over 400 participants from Germany, UK, Belgium, Tajikistan, Republic of Belarus, Ukraine, and Russia visited the Conference.
